The Job:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and support digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Execute and optimise online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing execution with brand and business goals.
Content Management & Online Presence
- Oversee updates to the company’s website and social media presence.
- Work with content teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Create content that supports SEO and encourages engagement.
Event Management
- Organize outreach and/or run industry events to drive leads for our software and training businesses
- Run client engagement events to sustain usage of our software solutions with existing clients
Affiliate Marketing
- Support affiliate marketing programmes and assist in developing promotional strategies.
- Monitor affiliate performance and suggest optimisation improvements.
Public Relations (PR)
- Assist in the execution of PR strategies and relationship-building activities.
- Coordinate press release distribution and monitor coverage.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyse performance.
- Recommend adjustments based on data insights to improve results.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Implement and manage email campaigns including audience segmentation and personalisation.
- Optimise campaign performance based on engagement metrics.
Community Building & Influencer Outreach
- Support community engagement initiatives.
- Assist in influencer partnerships to boost brand presence.
Trend Analysis & Competitive Research
Track and report on digital marketing trends and competitive landscape insights.
Budget & Vendor Management
Assist in managing campaign budgets and coordinating with external vendors.
Requirements
The Person:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
- Strong content creation skills, with an understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience in organizing events, both virtual and in-person, to drive leads and engage clients.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and performance optimization.
- Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
- Ability to manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization.
