In Maine, CLEAResult proudly supports Efficiency Maine’s Mobile Home Initiative, promoting mobile home heat pump upgrades with rebates, loans, marketing, technical support, and stakeholder outreach. The Program Manager will play an important role in making sure this initiative is delivered effectively and in a manner that drives verifiable, cost-effective energy efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of this effort, the Program Manager will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including other members of the CLEAResult team, Efficiency Maine staff, registered installers, and program participants. We’re also looking for someone who can: Support our efforts to provide best-in-class program delivery support services to Efficiency Maine, resulting in high levels of both client and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams. Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives. Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative. Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery. Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress. Strong candidates will have: 2+ years working a client facing role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Relevant experience in residential energy efficiency programs. DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $86,300.00 - $129,400.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
