[Job Summary]
We are seeking a Bilingual Finance Specialist / Finance Analyst (Spanish Required) to support finance operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea.
We are open to a wide range of experience levels: entry-level to Finance Manager.
This role is responsible for accounting, treasury, finance, tax, and FP&A while serving as a key liaison between global finance teams.
Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and strong Spanish communication skills are encouraged to apply. Manufacturing finance and SAP/ERP experience are preferred, but candidates with limited finance experience and strong growth potential will also be considered. This position may be based in either the U.S. or Mexico, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
Spanish proficiency required:
Ability to communicate in English or Korean at a business level
Preferred majors:
Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
Candidates with limited finance experience may still be considered; training and growth opportunities can be provided
Strong Spanish skills and effective communication abilities are highly valued in addition to accounting knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing Finance / Accounting
- Experience working in multinational companies or overseas subsidiaries
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Ability to communicate in Korean / English / Spanish (trilingual)
