The Complaints Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end management of complex, escalated, regulatory and privacy-related customer complaints. The role is hands-on rather than a people-leadership post, acting as the internal subject-matter expert for complaint handling, investigation, written responses, remediation, root-cause analysis and regulatory readiness. The ideal candidate has strong Australian telecommunications complaints experience and working knowledge of the Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code, ACMA complaint-handling requirements, Australian Consumer Law and ACCC consumer protections, the Privacy Act 1988 and OAIC privacy complaint expectations, and Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) dispute handling.
