Requirements (What We’re Looking For): Workday HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll or PM Certification (Required) Fluent in English (Required) 1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required) Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required) B1/B2 travel visa (Required) Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification/experience (Preferred) Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred) Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skills Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred Travel 25%-45% at client request Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): Manage all aspects of Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services projects including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and project related activities for customers and project teams related to Workday implementations.
