  • Coordinate logistics, freight arrangements, supplier deliveries, and supply chain activities.

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and relevant standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a Buyer, Procurement Co-ordinator or similar purchasing role.

  • Experience within the oil and gas, energy, engineering, industrial or technical supply sectors is highly desirable.

  • A strong understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and order expediting.

  • Commercial acumen, with the confidence to negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Experience managing multiple orders, client requirements, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using ERP or purchasing systems.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to customer service and business performance.

We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on buying and procurement experience within the oil and gas, engineering, energy, or industrial supply sectors, with a strong understanding of technical materials, supplier sourcing, and commercial purchasing

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £34,000 ~ £38,000 per annum.

  • The opportunity to work within an international procurement and supply chain business.

  • A varied role with exposure to commercial purchasing, supplier negotiations, and international operations.
