What We Need: A position in the Audio Distribution Center based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities include dubbing audio into various playout systems and light production work…i.e. voice overs, commercial production, as well as provide quality control standards and revenue protection. What You'll Do: • Assists in the creation of radio advertising and station promotions by providing administrative project or process support to department managers or staff. • Interacts with the public when recording listener audio for promotional materials. • Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels. • Assists programming by recording elements to highlight special occasions and promotions. • May edit audio segments. • May be required to coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties. What You'll Need: • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms and basic audio production tools • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent grammar • Strong editorial skills including use of radio automation systems; ability to edit audio for clarity and time • Strong time management skills; adept at setting priorities • Serious attention to detail, ability to multi task, juggle demanding deadlines, and work across departments • Stress tolerance especially under pressure and with tight deadlines • Effective collaborator with multiple levels within an organization • Strong interpersonal skills Work Experience • 2+ years’ experience in radio production, broadcast and/or communications • Journalism background a plus Education • 4-year college degree, preferably in Radio or Media Production or related field Certifications • None required What You'll Bring: Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return Ability to work within standardized procedures and an understanding of when to escalate Skills to solve straightforward problems using established procedures Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved Common courtesy when communicating with coworkers and outside contacts Compensation: Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $12.12 - $15.15 Location: Phoenix, AZ: 4686 E.
