Learning & Development Identify training needs with department leaders and contribute to the annual training calendar. Design, update and facilitate engaging training programmes such as onboarding, service excellence, brand values and compliance and others that may be required Manage external training suppliers: sourcing, quotes, contracting, invoicing and quality review. Coordinate training schedules with operational teams to minimize disruption to daily activities, logistics, venues, materials and so on. Administer the LMS/digital learning platform: enrolments, licences, completions and reporting, maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance- training requirements. Measure training effectiveness (attendance, satisfaction, port-programme impact) and recommend improvements. Refresh learning materials based on employee feedback, service audits and operational needs. Track training budget spend against plan and report cost per head. Produce monthly L&D and engagement dashboards. Brand & Employee Engagement Strengthen internal brand awareness, ensuring employees understand Costaterra’s identity, values and culture. Integrate brand culture and storytelling into onboarding and ongoing training programmes. Translate brand values into practical behaviours and service standards training programmes and activities that employees can apply in their daily roles. Support the consistent expression of Costaterra’s values across departments, helping employees embody the brand in their interactions and daily work. Maintain employee-facing content: handbook; intranet pages, training brochures and internal campaigns. Act as a champion for the employer brand and establish clear employee journey touchpoints. Gather feedback through onboarding, pulse surveys and exit interviews and surface themes to the HR leadership. Who are we looking for? Degree in HR or Hospitality preferably. Experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, ideally in hospitality. An interest in employer branding, organizational culture and employee experience. Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Creativity and curious with a natural ability to develop engaging training materials and internal communications. Hands-on with LMS platforms, e-learning and digital communication tools as well as Power Point skills. Highly organised, able to run multiple programmes concurrently. Proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach, with a genuine passion for people development and brand culture. Excellent command of both languages - English and Portuguese. What do we offer?
