Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Kosmetik-, Beauty- oder Lifestyle-Branche Erfahrung darin, Content und Creatives für Paid-Social-Kampagnen kreativ anzupassen und für unterschiedliche Plattformen, Formate und Zielgruppen weiterzuentwickeln Interesse an aktuellen Social-Media-Trends und ein Gespür dafür, wie sich Markeninhalte plattformgerecht und aufmerksamkeitsstark inszenieren lassen AI-Kenntnisse im Bereich Content-Erstellung Nachweisbare Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung digitaler Medien und im Einsatz von AI sowie die Fähigkeit, wirkungsvolle Designlösungen zu entwickeln, die sowohl technisch realisierbar als auch visuell ansprechend sind.
