The team includes experienced transformation professionals and several former consultants with strong financial services backgrounds Job Profile As Senior Program Manager – Strategic Transformation, you play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering MSIG Europe’s most complex enterprise transformation initiatives. You operate at enterprise level across countries, business lines and functions, ensuring alignment, momentum and disciplined delivery across multiple stakeholders. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping and delivering initiatives that define the future model of MSIG Europe. A key focus of the role is the post-merger integration (PMI) program following the formal merger of MSIG Europe in 2025. This company-wide integration program aims to realize the full value of the merger by aligning operating models, governance, culture, processes, systems and data across the organization. Within the PMI program, you will lead critical workstreams and cross country initiatives, managing complex interdependencies and working closely with executive sponsors, senior business leaders, IT leadership and external partners. Beyond the integration program, you will also play senior roles in other high-impact enterprise initiatives, including: Operating model and HR transformation Regulatory-driven change initiatives Data and IT transformation programs Enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives The role sits within an international team and requires frequent collaboration across MSIG Europe’s main locations. You will work closely with the Director Operations, Director IT, Chief Data Officer and Director Change Portfolio, and report to the Director COO & Integration Office. Role Requirements You are an experienced and credible transformation leader who combines strong analytical capabilities with outstanding program leadership and change management skills. You are comfortable operating at executive level, able to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. As Senior Program Manager, you act in an influential, structured and decisive manner. You are able to align senior business leaders, IT leadership and external partners around common objectives and ensure delivery in large-scale transformation environments. A background in management consulting with strong financial services experience is highly valued.
