JOB OVERVIEW: Search is on for creative (Lead) Test Management Engineer to bridge the gap between design intent and manufacturing execution, inheriting High-Level Verification Strategies and Plans from our internal Systems Engineering Team’s and own the end-to-end execution of Product Verification. Acting as the Primary Technical Gatekeeper, you will oversee, audit, and hold our Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners accountable to ensure verification test requirements are executed flawlessly across all stages of the Product Development. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy Translation: Convert internal Systems Engineering Verification Plans into actionable manufacturing test setups and schedules at CM Partners. CM Oversight & Governance: Serve as the main point of contact for the CM’s testing team, auditing their installed test capabilities, test setups, equipment calibration, and data logging infrastructure. undefined Multidisciplinary Verification: Cross-examine CM test results across diverse domains, including mechanical reliability, electrical functional testing, software flashing, and wireless connectivity (RF/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi). undefined Defect & Failure Analysis: Lead Joint Design/Manufacturing Review meetings to triage test failures, determining if failures stem from design issues or CM manufacturing/test-fixture variance. undefined Data Gatekeeping: Establish data pipeline requirements for the CM to upload automated test logs, ensuring full traceability of every serial number. undefined Sign-off Authority: Review and formally approve the CM’s Product Verification reports, providing the green light for production milestones.
