About the role Product Management Work closely with Category team and Commercial team to define SKU Portfolio/range, then manage the SKUs in SKU databases/systems. Work closely with the Product Category Heads and accountable on the SKU range of the product category (range confirmation from creation to obsolescence, SKU SOP delivery and SKU data management. Drive alignment of ways of working among the cross-functional teams and roll-out across categories." Project Management Manage risk/issue/opportunity Review with teams and manage meeting cadence to be able to flag the R/I/O timely and effectively to the Category Leadership team and SKU Management Leadership team. Lead change project at Department level to improve efficiency. Manage a team of product engineers and project managers to deliver the above responsibilities, e.g. resource planning, performance management.
