You will be creating electrical drawing packages and developing new Electrical Manufacturing processes, as well as optimizing current processes, and creating and reviewing equipment requirements while driving problem-solving and continuous improvement actions. Qualifications 5 + years of experience in a Electrical Engineering-related function Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in Engineering or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered Certifications in SolidWorks (i.e., CSWA, CSWP, CSWE, CPPA, etc), preferred Engineering in Training (EIT) or Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) Electrical and Computer: Electronics, Controls, and Communications Certificate, preferred Analytical thinking and problem solving Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload Ability to influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams Experience working in multidisciplinary environments Strong knowledge of electronics components and electronic assemblies Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel   Detailed-oriented Proven ability to identify and recommend Electrical Engineering improvements Demonstrated expertise in implementing UL 508A  Occasional International/Domestic travel – up to 10% Ability to lift 25 Pounds, on occasion up to 50 Pounds #EDS #ElectricalEngineer #Engineer At Ellsworth, people are at the center of everything we do.
