About the Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Divisional Marketing Manager to execute venue marketing strategies across a portfolio of venues. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of campaign execution, budget management, and performance outcomes - ensuring innovative, effective marketing initiatives that maximise ROI. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in hospitality, understands venue marketing, and can balance creativity with strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities Execute marketing strategies across a portfolio of venues Manage and optimise marketing budgets to deliver strong ROI Oversee all marketing activity including digital campaigns, content, promotions, and events Deliver data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions Collaborate with venue teams and internal stakeholders to align marketing with business goals Drive customer engagement and revenue growth through innovative campaigns Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise results About You You’re a confident marketing leader with a strong understanding of the hospitality landscape and a passion for delivering results.
