We’re looking for passionate and hardworking Chefs de Partie, Commis Chef and Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at Barangaroo House. About the Roles Chef de Partie - Full-Time As a CDP, you’ll take ownership of your section during service, maintaining high food standards while working closely with the senior kitchen team. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across preparation, service and kitchen operations while working in a busy hospitality environment. Commis Chef - Casual As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team with preparation, service and general kitchen duties. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their culinary career to gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced chefs and develop their skills in a high-volume environment. Kitchen Porter – Casual As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play an important role in keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently. Your duties will include washing dishes and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness across kitchen areas, assisting with general cleaning and supporting the chefs during service. We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in as part of a busy team.
