Credit Controller.

FINANCE & LEGAL€46–59/MO
We are the leading Tech Company in Europe, supporting digital innovation for over 45 years. We are committed to bringing digital technology into every business. How? By putting customers first and becoming the go-to partner for professionals, small, medium and large companies, offering customised solutions and services to optimise business processes, from HR and customer relations to e-invoicing and digital payments. In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level. Join the Credit Management Team as a BU Credit Controller. In this role, you will monitor the performance of trade receivables within your assigned Business Unit, identifying patterns, trends, and the root causes of YoY (Year-over-Year) and MoM (Month-over-Month) variances. You will provide structured insights to the BU Leader and the Collections Team to support portfolio, pricing, and customer risk management decisions. This is a senior analyst, individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. In particular, you will be responsible for: Lead the monthly and quarterly monitoring of the BU’s accounts receivable portfolio (aging, exposure, concentration), ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability. Independently analyze customer payment patterns, developing advanced segmentation models based on risk profiles and behavioral clusters. Interpret YoY (Year-over-Year) and MoM (Month-over-Month) variances, identifying their key drivers (volume, mix, customer behavior, processes, systems) and translating them into actionable insights. Develop and lead reporting activities for BU Leaders and Credit Managers, providing critical analysis and business-oriented recommendations. Actively contribute to BU Performance Reviews, helping shape the narrative and identify key levers for performance improvement. Proactively collaborate with the Collections Team, guiding operational priorities and recovery strategies based on analytical evidence. Monitor and interpret KPI performance (DSO, aging buckets, write-off rate, dispute rate, bad debt provisioning), highlighting trends and optimization opportunities. Identify and anticipate anomalies and early warning signals, proposing corrective and preventive actions from a risk management perspective. What skills are we looking for: Credit experience: At least 4 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable Analysis, or Management Control, with a proven ability to transform data into actionable narratives and drive decision-making through analytical insights. Technical skills: Strong proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance; advanced use of Business Intelligence tools for analytical reporting; advanced Excel skills (credit analysis models, pivot tables, complex formulas). Cross-functional influence: Ability to achieve results through teams and stakeholders without direct reporting lines, managing complex relationships with a high degree of autonomy. Language skills: Good command of English (B2+ level); native-level Italian or equivalent. International profile (plus): Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish; experience working in multi-country environments (CEE, EMEA). Advanced analytics (plus): SQL and/or Python (pandas); experience with behavioral or regression-based approaches to customer portfolio analysis. Structured background (plus): Experience in audit, consulting, or management control; knowledge of IFRS 9 (Expected Credit Losses). Do you recognize yourself in the skills we’re looking for? That’s a great start. We’re looking for people who reflect our values through their growth mindset and their ability to turn challenges into opportunities. ENTREPRENEURSHIP - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company. We are proactive, responsible and customer- centric, always ready to question the status quo and achieve extraordinary results. INNOVATION - is the guiding light that illuminates our path as we move through an environment full of different experiences, knowledge and perspectives. We are not afraid of making mistakes; we work in an environment that is fertile for the development of innovative solutions. INCLUSION - is the sentiment that guides our relationships amongst individuals, each of whom has a different history and experience. We advocate for an inclusive work environment that values each person's unique characteristics. Got the skills and attitude we are looking for? Apply now quickly and easily and track your application on our portal! What we offer: We believe our relationship with our people is built on trust, clear goals and full autonomy in how to reach them. With AI at our side, we spend more time on the work that creates real value: thinking, creating, innovating and making decisions. Here, work is measured by the quality of each contribution, the results achieved and the ownership everyone takes. It's this vision, built over time, that made our 4-day week a natural next step: one extra day every week for what matters to you. Total compensation: € 46.000 – € 59.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference. Wellbeing Digital Wallet: from € 3.850 per year. A personal budget to support your wellbeing: travel, medical expenses, parental support, sports, and reimbursements for personal services such as childcare, caregiving, and more. Flexibility: we work in a hybrid model, with autonomy over when to come into the office. For us, being on-site makes sense when it improves the way we work: you come in when collaboration with colleagues makes a difference, not for presence, but for effectiveness. Growth: we offer tailored learning paths and concrete development opportunities within a continuously evolving international group. Environment: we promote an inclusive workplace built on trust, collaboration, and the value of diverse perspectives. Impact: every day we work to create value for people, businesses, and communities through digital technology. At TeamSystem, our culture is built on trust, accountability and the freedom to find the best way to achieve shared goals. What matters here is the quality of the contribution, the impact created and the results achieved. This mindset naturally led us to a 4-day workweek: one more day each week to invest in what matters most to our people, inside and outside of work. TeamSystem is Italy’s leading Tech & AI company and a European leader in digital solutions for businesses. We are a growing company with an ambitious purpose: Shape a better future through digital.
