In this role, you’ll partner closely with Finance, Operations, and leaders across the wider organisation to turn data and insights into meaningful action. You’ll drive improvements, influence decision‑making, and help ensure AFCA continues to deliver strong, sustainable outcomes.

Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will directly influence AFCA’s operational efficiency, financial performance, and long‑term strategy.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders
  • A collaborative style, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business
  • Self‑motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to safeguarding sensitive financial information

  • Additional and inclusive leave options – Flexible public holidays, gender affirmation leave, women’s health leave, and bonus paid time off over the end of year holiday period.
