Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field 2+ years of experience with telecom-related tax and regulatory compliance Strong understanding of telecommunications services and taxability (VoIP, broadband, wireless, CLEC/ILEC, UCaaS). Familiarity with telecom billing systems and tax rating engines (e.g., Rev.io, Avalara, SureTax, etc.). Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, tax administrators and regulators. Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior staff. Team-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Interest in telecom or tax certifications (e.g., CMI, CPA, JD) encouraged.
