Don't see your role? Build it.
Nova Intelligence is the agentic AI platform for SAP custom code modernization and S/4HANA transformation. We've raised $40M from SAP.io, Accel, Conviction, and Chemistry, and we work with some of the largest enterprises in the world.
Some of the best people we meet don't fit a job posting. If you're exceptional and you can see how you'd make Nova better, we want to hear from you, even when there's no open req with your name on it. Tell us what you'd own, why it matters now, and what you'd ship in your first month.
How we work
We move fast. Work turns around the same day, we don't batch and we don't wait.
We make our own leverage. We back the big bets and would rather swing big and miss than ship a safe, incremental win.
We find, pitch, and solve problems. If you see something broken, you own it, no waiting for permission.
We're extremely kind and extremely ambitious. Most of us are nerds about a system that quietly runs the world.
Who thrives here
You onboard yourself, and you're productive within days because you go find the answer instead of waiting to be told
You're resourceful: you exhaust what you can read, test, or figure out before you ask, and your questions are good ones
You learn fast: new tools, new domains, unfamiliar parts of the stack, you pick them up quickly and keep moving
You have high agency: you define the work, not just do it
You've built something from nothing before (ex-founders especially welcome)
How to apply
Tell us the role you'd create, the problem you'd own, and what you'd ship first. Send whatever best shows your work: projects, writing, code, deals, launches.
Nova has an NYC HQ and a team across the US and Europe.
