What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
- Schedule service appointments and maintenance visits accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests while providing exceptional customer service.
- Make outbound calls to maintenance members and prospective customers to schedule appointments.
- Coordinate schedules with dispatch and field technicians.
- Maintain accurate customer records using company software.
- Resolve customer concerns while creating a positive experience.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Help maximize daily booking opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with dispatch, service managers, and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
