Your work will directly impact product performance, manufacturing scalability, and the company’s ability to innovate at pace. What You Bring Strong experience in global sourcing, commodity strategy, and supplier management Background working with complex electromechanical or robotics components (e.g., actuators, sensors, machined parts, motion control systems) Expertise in cost modeling, negotiation strategy, and supplier economics Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders Experience managing supplier performance, escalations, and risk mitigation Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement tools (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus) 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or commodity management Demonstrated success in global supplier negotiations and multi-site operations Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, CSCP) or working conceptual knowledge is strongly preferred.
