As our Sales Development Representative, you’re the first person future customers talk to. You start the conversations that turn into deals.
- Find the right companies: Research online retailers that fit our ideal customer profile, then reach out to customer service, e-commerce, and logistics teams by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Start real conversations: Learn how prospects handle their claims today, understand their pain points, and book pitch meetings for our Account Executives.
- Track your progress: Work towards clear, realistic targets for activities and booked meetings, and keep our CRM up to date.
- Shape how we sell: Share what you hear from the market, like objections, competitors, and trends, and help us improve our messaging.
- Meet people in person: Represent claim.me at trade shows and industry events.
This is what you need to succeed
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or completed vocational training, plus at least one year of professional experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- C2 German and fluent (C1+) English skills
- You go the extra mile because every additional pitch meeting could lead to our next customer success story
- You enjoy picking up the phone and aren’t discouraged by a “no”; you see it as the start of the conversation
- You are empathetic, confident, and persuasiveon the phone, by email, and in person
