During your co-op assignment, you will: Work directly with Axalta Scientists on a well-defined project to develop new products, improve manufacturing processes, or solve customer issues Be expected to perform your own work which may be focused on polymer synthesis, paint formulations, or advanced analytical chemistry instrumentation.
