We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join us at our facility in High Point, NC. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by processing shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while operating material handling equipment. Key Responsibilities: Process inbound and outbound deliveries using warehouse computer systems. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material handling equipment. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Support 5S housekeeping initiatives to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively. Strong motor vehicle operating skills and ability to operate a 2-ton truck. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Understanding of and adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed. Basic experience using RF scanning equipment. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Knowledge of SAP; experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred. Strong attention to detail and inventory control practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
