The AVP will serve as a senior advisor to healthcare executives, helping organizations navigate large-scale system implementations, digital modernization, and innovation efforts by activating leadership, aligning stakeholders, and embedding change into the fabric of the organization.

This role requires both systems-level thinking and practical execution, with the ability to connect enterprise strategy to frontline adoption across clinical, operational, and administrative environments.

  • Lead stakeholder analysis and segmentation, tailoring engagement approaches across clinicians, operators, IT, and leadership

  • Build and activate change networks to scale adoption and sustain transformation across complex health systems

  • Develop and lead strategic communications strategies that articulate the “why,” reinforce behavior change, and align diverse audiences

  • Integrate organizational design and operating model considerations into change strategies, particularly in provider environments

  • Apply data-driven methods (readiness assessments, adoption metrics, engagement analytics) to continuously improve outcomes

  • Act as a trusted advisor in high-stakes transformation efforts, navigating risk, resistance, and ambiguity

  • Bring strong program management discipline, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and outcomes
