Are you looking to accelerate your career without having to hide your authentic self - a place where you can be you? A career that’s making a bigger impact on the world? At OneDigital, we are on a mission to help people do their best work and live their best lives. From the services we offer to the way we show up for each other each day, we are fueling dreams, achieving big goals, and embracing each other’s truest selves. We understand that pursuing a new job is a big deal. Maybe you’re afraid you won’t fit in. Well, here’s the good news. For us, the days of “fit in to get in” are over and being different is not a barrier to getting ahead. Greatness comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, and experience levels. If you are looking for a people-first culture that is wired for growth, driven to serve, and totally committed to having your back, give us a shot. Your best life awaits. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. We kindly ask that external recruiters, agencies, and search firms do not contact our hiring managers or employees directly regarding open positions. All candidate submissions must go through our official application process and must be made aware to our internal Talent Acquisition team to verify candidate ownership. Unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles sent to OneDigital without a prior signed agreement will be considered the property of OneDigital. In such cases, OneDigital reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidates without any financial obligation to the agency or recruiter. Our Newest Opportunity: OneDigital is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to own the data, processes, and cycles that keep our pay programs accurate and running smoothly. This is an independent, internal-facing role split evenly between analysis and hands-on process ownership. You will serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for our merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, and you will help shape how we use new compensation technology and AI tools. This role reports into the People Technology and Innovation function. What You'll Do Own salary survey submissions, including data cleanup, validation, and market pricing using multiple market survey sources. Administer the merit, bonus, and promotion cycles end to end, from planning, configuration, and testing through data loads, communications support, and post-cycle audits. Test new compensation functionality, including system releases, new modules, and merit-cycle configuration, and partner with HRIS on validation and rollout. Pilot, validate, and manage AI tools for compensation work, reviewing outputs for accuracy, managing prompts, workflows, and agents, and ensuring appropriate use. Deliver ongoing compensation analysis, market pricing, and offer and pay recommendations that help leaders make sound decisions. Build costing and cost models that give leaders a clear view of the impact of pay decisions. Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Management, and HR colleagues to resolve issues and keep pay programs running smoothly. Document processes and recommend improvements that make our compensation practices more accurate, efficient, and scalable. What You Bring You have 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation or a related analytical field, with a track record of delivering accurate results independently. You have strong data validation skills and catch errors, inconsistencies, and gaps before they reach decision-makers. You are an advanced Excel user, comfortable with lookups, pivots, data manipulation, and large data sets. You bring analytical rigor and close attention to detail, and you can explain your findings clearly to HR partners and business leaders. You use AI tools effectively and critically, getting real value from them while verifying outputs and applying sound judgment. You take ownership of processes, manage competing deadlines during cycle periods, and work well with cross-functional partners. Why This Role This role gives you real ownership of high-visibility compensation cycles and a direct hand in how AI and new system capabilities change the way compensation work gets done. You will work with a high degree of independence, and your analysis will directly inform pay decisions across the organization. If you want to build better processes as well as run them, you will find plenty of room to make your mark and grow your expertise here. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $90,000 to $105,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
