A missão do Gerente de Estratégia de Marketplace - LATAM é desenvolver e fazer o set-up de novos marketplaces com objetivo de interagir com novas audiências, criar novos modelos de negócios e aumentar a participação desses parceiros na compania. EX: - Marketplaces generalistas (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magazine Luiza, Falabella, Shopee etc) - Marketplaces especializados (Época Cosméticos etc) - Farmas (RD, Drogaria SP etc) - Varejos Alimentares (Carrefour, GPA, Walmart, Cenconsud etc) What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Resumo das Responsabilidades: - Coordenar os processos de implementação (junto com TO): integrações, processos, pessoas, dados, back-office, financeiro, marketing, RH etc, supervisionndor equipes multidisciplinares para garantir a entrega de projetos no prazo e dentro do orçamento. - Negociar os termos comerciais com os marketplaces, incluindo Take rates, bonificação de Ads, custos e modelo logístico e fiscal; - Alinhar e mediar as políticas de harmonização de convivencia com a CB nas plataformas com o objetivo de maximizar a presença de ambos, D2C e CBs, nas vendas e exposição nas plataformas; - GTM (Go to market) junto aos times de mercado para garantir o lançamento envolvendo produtos, plataforma e operação acompanhando todo o período de lançamento do ponto de vista operacional e marketing para garantir o alinhamento com os mercados e o atingimento do target financeiro. - Implementar uma estratégia de priorização e definição dos parceiros , com base no potendial do parceiro, tráfegos, condições comerciais e fit da nossa marca com o objetivo de maximizar o resultado financeiro e nosso brand awareness. - Coordenar com as áreas da nossa empresa termos contratuais envolvendo os departamentos jurídicos, regulatórios, fiscais, operacionais, comercais, marketing, pos-vendas, financeiros, tech, logísticos, dados assegurando a negociação e o fechamento do contrato com os parceiros com a melhor proposta financeira. - Desdobrar as evoluções das plataformas no nível regional para os mercados. Disseminar as best practices na região garantindo consistência na prática de atuação e alinhamento da estratégia em todos os mercados. - Apresentação de resultados, Kpis, dando visibilidade das práticas implementadas no mercado.
