- Coach - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
- Mentor - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.

What You Will Bring
- 99+ ATAR with raw study scores in Maths Methods of 43+ in VIC, 90+ in QLD, and Band 6 or E4 result in HSC.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
- A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability
