Become a part of our caring community The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. The Receptionist operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, issues visitor pass and maintain visitor logs, alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as our location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address. Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving patient experiences and care Excellent customer service and phone Team player Perform job responsibilities in a high-volume Maintain accuracy and organization when handling administrative and patient-related tasks. Experience using to manage documentation, spreadsheets, email correspondence, and databases. Preferred Qualifications: Value-based care model experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Bilingual in English and Spanish Additional Information: This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
