Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Coordinate and configure core procurement platforms, including user roles, permissions, security, approval workflows, and system settings across Ivalua and adjacent source-to-contract tools. Complete approved configuration and access changes in line with governance standards. Serve as the platform subject matter expert on functionality, reporting, analytics, and leading practices. Support customers in gaining maximum benefit from the tools and help prioritize improvements. Identify and transform business requirements into system updates and process refinements that advance quality, delivery, cost, and the end-user experience. Lead user acceptance testing and release readiness. Build and complete test scripts, validate releases and upgrades, publish release notes to certified standards, and provide hyper-care support with the Platform Project Lead. Deliver Tier 2-3 support by managing the support ticket queue, troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, and escalating policy, build, or integration concerns to the Platform Manager with clear root-cause analysis. Monitor integrations, data loads, and data quality. Implement data extracts and ETL routines, track interfaces between procurement platforms and ERP/master data systems, and partner with Data Analytics, MDM/sMDM, and Supplier Experience to maintain supplier and contract data integrity. Support e-sourcing execution, including event setup, supplier invitations, bid structures, event monitoring, and supplier onboarding/data loads for the Global Sourcing team. Develop standard work, dashboards, training, and documentation. Create end-user guides and standard operating procedures, provide training to platform champions and end users, and analyze platform adoption and usage to identify improvement opportunities. YOU HAVE: Academic background in: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
