Job Description Summary Responsible for developing and managing integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with execution strategies, contractual milestones, and on-time project delivery. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project execution strategies and contractual commitments; Lead regular schedule review and update cycles, fostering alignment across project teams and key stakeholders; Analyze critical path, float consumption, schedule variances, and performance trends, recommending corrective actions when necessary; Prepare planning reports, performance indicators, progress curves, and support change management and recovery planning activities; Identify schedule-related risks, constraints, and opportunities, supporting decision-making and successful project execution. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field ; Previous experience with project planning and schedule control activities; Strong knowledge of project planning principles, methodologies, and scheduling best practices; Solid experience with Primavera P6 and integrated schedule analysis; Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication skills; experience in EPC, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects is considered a plus.
