Summary As a Technical Leader for Aerodynamics, you will drive aerodynamic design excellence for our gas power portfolio. You will lead complex turbine aerodynamic design teams, providing technical direction for New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), and fleet support programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and product validation, coaching team members and collaborating with global cross-functional partners to drive innovation, improve aerodynamic efficiency, and ensure product reliability. Job Description What impact you’ll make: Roles and Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and oversight for assigned aerodynamic programs, ensuring robust design practices from conceptual phase through product validation. Strategic Planning: Develop and manage program plans, including defining milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and schedules to meet critical NPI/NTI commitments.
