Job Description Sourcing Assignments: Responsible for processes and procedures that drive customer satisfaction, quality, fulfillment, and contract labor productivity savings Work with the Operations team to evaluate and identify areas for improvement and implement these improvements Drive cross functional or external process improvements using lean tools and problem-solving techniques Enhance use of AI to analyze data or improve contract tracking and ability to compare and summarize the information. Propose ways to compare terms and conditions to improve the ability to evaluate the status of different negotiations with multiple suppliers. Manage vendor onboarding for new crane, manpower, and logistics vendors Develop ‘should-cost’ models using historic spend and trending inflation data Location: Schenectady, New York Employment Dates: May/June 2027 - August 2027 What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications): Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an discipline as listed below.
