About Us

We're a pioneering, disruptive global drinks group encompassing the full life-cycle of spirits, from inception, prototyping, production and brand ownership with Atom Brands; through import, distribution and brand development via Maverick Drinks; to global online retail at Master of Malt.

About the Role

As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. Working closely with the Warehouse Team, you’ll help manage stock movements, maintain high standards of quality and compliance, and support the smooth running of daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily workflow: Assist in managing workflow within your designated area, helping the relevant Warehouse and Production Leadership Team maximise operational efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles: Handle drinks stock safely, ensuring boxes and pallets are properly secured and transported with care.
  • Managing goods-in: Work with the goods-in team to verify incoming goods, ensure stock is moved to the correct warehouse area, check that items are labelled correctly, and record deliveries accurately on the electronic system.
  • Managing stock movements: Support inbound, outbound and on-site stock movements in line with warehouse, quality and compliance procedures.
  • Following procedures and training: Complete tasks in accordance with relevant company policies, procedures and the training provided.
  • Maintaining quality standards: Assist with quality control checks on products arriving at site, in storage and during dispatch.
  • Reporting issues: Promptly report all non-conformities to your Line Manager, including issues relating to product integrity, health and safety, quality or compliance.
  • Communicating and supporting the team: Communicate effectively, encourage and motivate colleagues through a positive approach, and remain open to feedback and coaching.
  • Working collaboratively: Work with the wider Warehouse Leadership Team and other departments to meet planned and ad hoc project deadlines.
  • Supporting wider operations: Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Warehouse and Production Leadership Team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is safety-conscious, dependable and keen to contribute to a busy team. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A valid and relevant FLT licence.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using systems such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
  • A positive work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Why Join Atom?

You’ll be joining a growing business where teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement matter. We offer the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a warehouse team that plays a vital role in our success.

Interested? Apply today and tell us about your FLT experience and qualifications. We’ll discuss the most suitable contract option with you during the recruitment process.
