Work with dedicated vascular OR technologists, nurses, and anesthesia specialists, plus inpatient and outpatient RN and APP support. Provide regional outpatient access in a hub-and-spoke model. Traveling physicians and APPs are supported by their own Grand Rapids-based medical assistants, registered nurses, and the 30-year accredited Vascular Laboratory team. Currently, only venous procedures are performed at satellite facilities. Access an outpatient cardiovascular ASC for selected low-risk procedures, with potential physician investment after two years of clinical activity and an appropriate case mix. Serve as core faculty for the Vascular Surgery Fellowship and Integrated Vascular Surgery Residency. Graduates are highly sought after, and high case volumes recently supported approval for a complement increase. Participate in strong research opportunities; the team is among the top enrollers in multiple international clinical trials.
