What You’ll Do
As our Lead Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Lead and support the front office/patient care coordination team
- Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and appointment flow
- Help patients understand treatment plans, financial options, insurance details, and next steps
- Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Support daily huddles, patient handoffs, and communication between clinical and front office teams
- Help maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidentiality and HIPAA standards
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and the patient experience
- Model accountability, calm leadership, humility, and kindness
- Help create a practice environment where patients trust us for a lifetime and tell others why

- Has dental front office, treatment coordination, scheduling, or patient care coordination experience
