The Role: Vagaro is growing fast in the UK, and we’re looking for an exceptional Territory Account Executive to help drive it. This is a field-based role, and you need to be in easy reach of Leeds, Manchester & Liverpool or in easy reach of London.
What You'll Be Doing: You’ll own new business in your territory, winning Regional and Mid-Market salon, spa, fitness and wellness businesses. You’ll build your own pipeline, work leads from our sales and marketing programmes, and take prospects from first conversation to signed contract. Being in region, face to face with customers, is a big part of how you’ll win.
Compensation Details:
- Base : £53,000 - £63,000
- Annual On Target Earning Potential: Up to £126,000
Your Impact:
- Research and qualify Regional and Mid-Market businesses in your territory
- Prospect hard across key towns and cities through calls, visits, email, social, field days, partner days and networking
- Engage decision-makers, uncover pain points and understand their business challenges
- Deliver sharp, value-led demos, in person and remotely
- Own deals through the full sales cycle, from opportunity to signed contract
- Represent Vagaro at trade shows and industry events, building your network and winning business
- Learn our products and value proposition inside out, and how we win against competitors
- Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date, with a reliable forecast
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves
- Help improve our sales process and messaging
What You Bring:
- 3+ years winning new business in SaaS or tech
- A strong track record of closing high-value contracted deals and beating targets
- Confident, engaging demo and presentation skills, with good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with business owners quickly
- A self-starter who thrives working independently in the field
- Good organisation and the ability to manage a busy territory and pipeline
- Experience with Salesforce and sales tools such as Outreach, Salesloft or ZoomInfo
- A team player who cares about measurable results
