Your Day-to-Day:
- Develop and lead Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, and our other social media content strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and inbound leads.
- Analyze content performance using metrics such as retention rate, hook rate, CTR, and conversion rate to optimize results.
- Build scalable content systems, testing frameworks, and creative processes to improve content performance and efficiency.
- Own content calendar planning and posting strategies based on audience insights, seasonality, and business priorities.
- Lead creative brainstorming and experimentation initiatives to identify new content opportunities and growth channels.
- Mentor content creators and provide clear creative direction to maintain high-quality, high-performing content output.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media, or a related role, with proven content growth achievements
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and other social media platforms algorithms, audience behavior, and content distribution strategies.
- Proficiency in video editing and production tools such as CapCut and other professional editing software.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics to drive content decisions and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple content streams, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability in leadership, mentor team members, and provide creative feedback.
