We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with 4+ year track record of success. This position is for one of our clients based in the US to assist their executives with daily operations of the company. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can think critically and execute tasks thoroughly. You will be responsible for daily interactions with customers through email and LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications
4+ years experience as Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant.
Fluent English speaking ability and experience working with native English speaking clients or managers
Comfortable working under pressure with immediate deadlines
Experience in fast moving tech-type environment is a plus.
Job Duties: (all of the below will be in collaboration with the company founders):
- LinkedIn DM Setting – Have Speed in Managing Our LinkedIn Inboxes & Use Our DM Script to Book Calls
- DM Replying & Calendaring. Using our DM SOP to reply & calendar calls with LinkedIn connections across our accounts each day
- Call Tracker. Add booked calls to our call tracker
- Rescheduling Call. Reach out via email, text, phone, LinkedIn to rebook missed calls
- Software / SaaS Responsibilities. Meet with our LinkedIn software AM to maintain outreach system
- KPI
- Manage LinkedIn Inboxes Daily. Manage 4 different accounts
- OVERALL Minimum KPI = Book 6 Calls per day. Book 30 calls per week

- Work 8am - 5pm EST (US Hours)
- Meeting Attendance and End of Day Responsibilities
- Attend daily 30 min Stand-up calls – 12:30pm EST Daily
- Attend 2 Group Coaching Calls/week – Tuesday & Thursday
- Upload Group calls to Skool community for our clients
