About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Fabrication to oversee hygienic and non-hygienic fabrication operations. • Monitor project performance, identify risks, control scope changes, and implement process improvements.
  • Support estimating, bidding, cost forecasting, and operational reviews with the Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of fabrication management experience in pipe and steel fabrication, with approximately 5–7 years of pipe fabrication experience.

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical school or related college education preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, inventory, labor productivity, and multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD viewers, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and related software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must reside within 60 miles of Fuquay-Varina, NC.

Benefits

  • Annual compensation of $225,000–$250,000.
