As a Cruise Staff, you are a member of the entertainment team and will be responsible for ensuring guests have a fun, engaging, and memorable vacation. You will host activities, assist with entertainment, and provide outstanding guest service. This role requires high energy, adaptability, and a passion for creating a positive guest experience.

⚓ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Host and facilitate onboard activities, including games, trivia, karaoke, and themed events.
- Assist in organizing and executing entertainment programs and social gatherings.
- Engage and interact with guests to enhance their onboard experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Work closely with the Entertainment Director and other departments to coordinate events.
- Support theater productions, deck parties, and other live performances as needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during activities and events.
- Represent the Margaritaville brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

⚓ REQUIEREMENTS:
- Minimum 21 years old
- Relevant ship experience is preferred
- Good level of English language
- Ship experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
