Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: $28.50/HR Responsibilities: Supports co-ordination of daily compliance operations across document intake, review, and recordkeeping; rebalance assignments and remove blockers to meet throughput and quality targets. Owns preparation and accuracy of audit-ready records, logs, and reconciliations; correct discrepancies and implement safeguards to prevent recurrence. Explains practices, procedures, and policy implications to align stakeholders; prepare concise manager-ready summaries with status, exceptions, options, and recommended paths. Acts as first-line escalation for complex cases; triage, resolve within authority, or document and escalate with supporting evidence. Leads day-of operations including task assignment, queue monitoring, and quality checks; coach peers and new staff on standard work and issue resolution. Diagnoses recurring errors and cycle-time delays using data and observation; modify workflows, templates, and checklists to address control gaps and regulatory updates. Pilots small automations or tooling enhancements per policy; document outcomes, verify impact, and recommend scale-up or rollback. Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, monitoring, or internal controls within a regulated environment, or a related field required. Skills and Knowledge: Certifications in compliance, audit (e.g., ISO 37301 Lead Implementer or Auditor, CCEP, CIA or equivalent), or equivalent preferred.
