Installation Trade Staff members will be experienced, consistent and exceed expectations to provide diamond-class customer service.

Dive In! Your Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Uphold Brothers Interiors commitment to service excellence and Diamond Class Customer Service
- Ability to take direction from a supervisor.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds individually and 75+ pounds with a team lift.
- Time management. The ability to execute a task and report back to your supervisor in a timely fashion.
- Work all scheduled shifts while exhibiting a polite, helpful, positive attitude and professional image with public, customers and team members.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, assembly directions and documents.
- Attend and complete individual training, as necessary.
- Responsible for punctual attendance.
- Demonstrate ingenuity in solving problems.
- Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture.
- Comfortable with verbal communication with drivers, supervisors, customers, and other co-workers.
- Organizational skills. Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
- Ability to drive cargo vans and passenger vehicles is preferred.
- Display professional courtesy and manners when performing work in customers’ homes or businesses.
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment with changing demands and timelines
- Ability to be flexible to perform tasks as a Commercial Trades Staff when needed.
- Possess the aptitude to learn new procedures and techniques
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required
Language Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate instructions and assignments to personnel in English
