Responsibilities:
Review and process vendor invoices for the Stats Perform entities worldwide
Audit employee expense claims to ensure compliance with the T&E policy
Monitor invoices on hold, prepayments and open debit balances. Contact vendors and business owners to acquire invoice copies and Purchase Orders
Manage shared mailbox and resolve queries raised by vendors and internal stakeholders
Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations for assigned business units
Respond to audit queries
Collaborate with other AP Team Members to prioritize day-to-day tasks
Update Standard Operating Procedures and identify potential process improvements
Required Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
Very good command of spoken and written English and Polish
Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems would be an asset
Understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows
Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective time management and task prioritization skills
Please note:
Employment Type: Temporary position to cover maternity leave.
Work Model: Hybrid working model, with a combination of working from the office and remotely.
