Brand Ambassador / Event Activation Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to support a Volkswagen event activation associated with the Canadian Premier League (CPL) in Ottawa. Brand Ambassadors will help create a positive and engaging experience for attendees while representing Volkswagen in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Location: Ottawa, Ontario – TBD
Event Dates: Potentially November 21–22, 2026

Shift Times

• Saturday, November 21: TBD
• Sunday, November 22: TBD

Event dates, location, and shift times are tentative and subject to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with event attendees in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Represent Volkswagen positively throughout the activation.
• Help create an engaging and welcoming experience for attendees.
• Assist with event activities and guest interactions as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional activation space.
• Follow direction from the Team Lead or Field Supervisor.
• Support event setup and teardown as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the event.

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a busy event environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous brand ambassador, promotional, retail, or event experience is an asset.
• Availability for the potential event dates is required.
