Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Smile Magic of Killeen, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Killeen, Texas.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
- Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Up to $20,000 total sign-on bonus.
- With a 2-year commitment.
- Year 1: $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Year 2: $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Potential income: $445,500-$498,960 yearly.
- Production-based compensation with guaranteed base pay.
