What you will do: Supervising warehouse daily activities. Manage and train a team to receive and ship products to JCI production plants. Review and change procedures to meet and exceed customer needs. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels. How you will do it: Shift start meeting Daily Attendance Area Walktrough On-site cash report Critical materials inventory Review of previous shift bin discrepancies SAP MB51 review, shift start, and handover Ensure transactions and tablet usage Bin receipt accuracy report Fill area metrics Cross audits of material racking Report and block discrepancies Assign daily activities to shipping and kitting staff What we look for: Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals. Knowledge of KPI’S. SAP knowledge or similar ERP. 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination. Ability to train employees and follow up their performance. Main focus to maintain and exceed accuracy levels greater than 95% Teamwork oriented across the organization. Promote and comply safety company policies and regulations. Root Cause analysis problem solver. Preferred: Verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excel Advance knowledge.
