Key Responsibilities:
Fulfill orders by packaging materials and preparing shipment.
Store materials in designated locations.
Safely operate forklift/lift equipment for shipping, receiving, feeding/clearing production lines and work areas.
Load/unload shipments.
Report inventory receipts.
Provide documentation to Shipping/Receiving Coordinator.
Inspect shipments for damage.
Communicate with carriers.
Assist cycle counts.
Understand material requirements for products during shift.
Coordinate with production for material staging.
Requirements:
Basic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills
Able to operate forklift safely.
Shipping/Receiving experience.
Distribution warehouse procedures.
Physical strength, heavy equipment, non-climate environment, indoor/outdoor activity, swamping/dunnage/boxes/bags.
Physical requirements: move around obstacles, wear required PPE, stand and walk for 8-12 hours, work near hot machinery, and climb, reach, squat, and bend

Our Offer:
The compensation for this position is typically start at $19.50/Hour.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
