Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers during trials, product qualification and commercial production.
Troubleshoot processing issues and recommend solutions to optimise performance.
Lead customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Conduct benchmarking and reverse engineering of competitive materials.
Support localisation of global formulations for regional raw materials, processing conditions and regulatory requirements.
Lead technical support for customer audits and compliance activities.
Work closely with manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction.
Support the introduction and adoption of new products across the region.

Reduction in customer complaints and faster issue resolution.

Effective localisation of products for the India and AMEA markets.
Strong customer audit outcomes and compliance performance
Requirements:
Degree in Polymer Engineering, Plastics Technology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.
Strong background in polymer science, compounding and application engineering.
Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles within PVC, HFFR, cable compounds or related polymer industries.
Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and process optimisation.
Hands-on experience using analytical laboratory equipment such as:
FTIR
DSC
TGA
Rheometers
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work effectively across technical, commercial and manufacturing teams.
Ability to balance global alignment with local execution.
