EHSマネジメントシステムの運営 EHS方針、目標、年間計画の策定・実行支援 EHS Frameworkおよび社内基準の展開・維持 EHS関連KPIの管理、分析および改善活動の推進 2. 安全衛生管理リスクアセスメントおよび危険予知活動の支援職場巡視、監査、点検の実施および改善フォロー災害、ヒヤリハットおよび安全懸念事項の調査、分析、再発防止 PPE管理および安全ルールの遵守促進 3. コンプライアンス及び監査対応 EHS関連法令のモニタリングと社内展開社内監査、外部監査、規制当局対応の支援是正・予防措置の進捗管理 4. 教育・カルチャー醸成 EHS教育・訓練の企画および実施リーダーおよび従業員へのEHSコーチング Safety Moment、EHSイベント、啓発活動の推進現場主導のEHS文化醸成と従業員エンゲージメント向上 6. その他 Facility、Manufacturing、Engineering等の関係部門との連携 EHSプロジェクトおよび継続的改善活動の推進グローバルEHS要求事項への対応 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
